We aim to deliver within 1-10 working days subject to the goods being in stock. In the event that you order an item, which is out of stock, we will contact you with a new expected date of delivery via telephone or email.
We will send your order first class by Royal Mail.

Free delivery for orders over £55
To qualify for next day delivery all orders must be placed by 2pm, Monday – Friday to guarantee next working day delivery (subject to stock availability).
• Orders placed after 2pm – will arrive the second working day
• Orders placed on a Friday – are guaranteed next working day (usually Monday) but may be delivered Saturday
• Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or bank holiday – will arrive the second working day
Please note that Royal Mail will require a signature for all deliveries, so someone needs to be available to sign at the delivery address.
Gift Wrapping for only an extra £3
If you choose to have your item gift wrapped, your item will be wrapped in tissue and enclosed in a luxury box.
If you live outside the EU, please beware that local customs or import duties may be charged when you parcel reaches your country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what these will be.
We hope that you will be pleased with your order but if you are not, we are happy to refund or exchange items provided that the goods are returned within 14 days of delivery and the item must be in its original condition, unworn and labels intact. Please note that briefs, thongs, shorts and swimwear should be tried over your own under wear for hygienic reasons.
If the item returned is received unsatisfactory the item will be refused and sent back to you and you may be liable for any added costs.
Credit Notes will be issued if the goods are not received within the timeframe.
We do not provide free postage on returns.
In order for us to receive your return please complete the Returns / Exchange form enclosed in your parcel. When returning the item we ask the customer to obtain proof of postage from the post office. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the items are returned to us.
Please ensure that all parcels are sealed securely.
